To celebrate Black History Month, Jenna's school had a program.
Here's Jenna and Ian before the program.
Here they are on stage. It was a Langston Hughes poem; they did a fantastic job reciting it together. Jenna was so animated and natural. We were very proud of her.
After the show, posing for a few pictures.
Kylie and Andrew hamming it up at the program.

This is what Landrie looked like all night because if she didn't have a sucker she was yelling "Jeeennnnnnaaaa" across the cafeteria.
This past weekend we were able to grant one of those wishes. Here she is waiting for her skin transplant...just kidding.
She did such a good job. While we were waiting we watched a 2 month old baby get her ears pierced. The lady warned me to take Jenna out of the store because that baby was going to scream, but we had a talk about how the baby is too little to know that it only hurts for a second and didn't understand how cute she would be when it was over. Yes, that baby SCREAMED, but Jenna stood strong and got up in the chair. After the first ear she gave me this look as if to say...that was it? I thought this was supposed to hurt? All of this from the girl you can probably hear getting a shot from a couple states away.
